Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1 day and delivered in 3-5 working days. Tracking details are shared, but delays may occur.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery (excluding custom/personalised items). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with the proof of purchase.
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us with photos within 3 days, and we’ll resolve it.
Sale Item Returns: Sale items can only be returned for store credit (valid for 90 days). Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible, but exchanges may be available as per our return policy.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Utilize this number to track your package. If tracking issues arise, contact our customer support team.

1. Report Defective, or Damaged Items within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Products bought during special promotions like BOGO are not eligible for returns.

If the product delivered is not defective or damaged, and the customer wishes to initiate a return or exchange due to reasons unrelated to quality or product issues ( such as change of mind, size, or preference ),we are happy to assist. However, a Reverse logistics cost + Handling fees of ₹150 will be charged. This amount will either be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately in the case of an exchange.
